Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to providing exceptional service is upheld through our comprehensive appointment and cancellation policies, designed to benefit both our valued clients and our talented staff.

To secure your booking, we require a credit or debit card on file. Please note that rescheduling or cancellations require a minimum of 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the booked services. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and continue offering high-quality service to all clients.

 

Refunds / Guarantee

Our goal is to ensure every client leaves with a smile, knowing they’ve received top-notch service and care. We recognize that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and adjustments might be necessary. While we have a no-refund policy for services, we invite you to contact us within 3 days if you have any concerns about your experience.

 

Our team is more than willing to reschedule you with your original stylist /technician to make any adjustments at no extra cost, provided they relate to the initial services.

 

For chemical services, we offer a 14-day guarantee, assuming you use our recommended professional products, although some services may not be guaranteed due to specific hair conditions, which will be discussed beforehand.

 

Additionally, for regular manicures and pedicures, we’ll happily fix any chipping or peeling within a few days, and for Dip or Gel services, this extends to a week.

 

Your satisfaction is vital to us, and we’re here to meet your expectations.

 

Late Policy

Punctuality is important to us to ensure smooth operations and respect for both your time and that of our staff. Please make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to treat this as a cancellation to accommodate our schedule.

 

Please note that clients with three or more cancellations will be required to provide deposits equal to the full cost of their future services at the time of booking. This policy helps us manage our bookings efficiently and continue to provide quality service to all our clients.

Spa Etiquette

If you are new to our facility, or to the service you are coming in for please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete your paperwork.

 

As a courtesy to other guests, please turn off your cell phone or switch to silent. Please refrain from holding phone conversations in treatment rooms or waiting areas. 

 

Arrivals less than 10 minutes to appointment start time may cut in to your service time.
