What are the spa hours?
We are open 10 am – 7 pm Tuesday – Thursday and 10 am – 6 pm Friday & Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Is there an age requirement?
While our salon services are available to guests of all ages, spa services are available to our guests 18 and older.
Are reservations required?
Guests are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Day-of bookings and walk-in appointments are welcome based upon availability. All reservations will be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. To schedule your appointment, please call 216-545-7092. Hotel guests can use the “at your service” button on any guest room phone.
When should I arrive, and what should I expect during my visit?
We encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. This will allow
sufficient time to change and enjoy the spa’s amenities such as our relaxation lounge. Please be aware your service will conclude at your scheduled time, in spite of a late arrival, to ensure the next guest is not delayed. To preserve a tranquil environment, please refrain from the use of cell phone and other electronic devices as well as the use of loud voices during your time in the spa.
What should I wear?
You will receive a locker for your personal belongings and a robe and sandals to wear during your time at
the spa. It is customary for guests to disrobe completely when receiving a spa service, however this is at your discretion. Guests should avoid bringing jewelry or other valuables with them to the spa. Ascend Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request 24-hour notice of all cancellations and appointment changes. Any missed appointments or cancellation within 24-hours will be charged the full price of the service.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Online gift cards not available at this time. Physical gift cards are available to purchase at Ascend.
Do I need to share any health information before my appointment?
Please share any relevant health information when reserving your appointment. This includes allergies, high blood pressure, physical restrictions, and pregnancy
Are taxes and gratuities included in the price?
Sales tax is applied to all services and products. Gratuity for excellent service is always welcome and is at your discretion.
